ALAust is able to fashion training, and develop workshops and programs, to meet the particular needs of organisations or of occupations and professions.
The content of programs can be supplemented with particular subject areas not included in the above topics.
The two day to five day format can be adjusted to, say, morning series or weekend options.
Programs can be combined, particularly by the attachment of Action Learning or Coaching options to consolidate learnings from ACL workshops.
Use of profiling can also be added into workshop formats.
ALAust includes the Adair Model and ACL paradigm as the core to its programs, but from there the learning can be directed towards the particular needs of the organisation or occupation.
