LEADERS AND NAVIGATORS: 1 day (2 days with exercises)
This course covers –
- Leading the Total Organisation
- Who are the leaders and who are the navigators for an organisation
- How navigators identify where the organisation is, how the organisation is going, and what lies ahead
- How leaders decide where the organisation needs to be and how it is going to get there
