John Adair |
John is the United Kingdom’s foremost leadership guru.
Whether with a boardroom or at staff theatre, John prefers a Socrates style of discussion.
Here, participants ask questions and John reflects upon the issues arising and the factors that should be persuasive in deriving a successful leader response.

Greg McMahon |
Greg achieved the positions of Chief Engineer and Chief Instructor by the age of 36 years. That is when Greg started writing about the methods he used in meeting the responsibilities of such positions.
Greg specialized in turning around failing organisational units. His talks on leadership range from the positives, like self direction and relationship building, to the barriers to good leadership, like self serving cultures and bullying.
Greg’s topics range from ‘The Strategic Leader’, ‘Leaders and Navigators’, and ‘Project Leadership’ to ‘The Bully Organisation’, ‘The Forensics of Failed Projects’ and ‘Turnarounds’.
One presentation of interest is about how the Adair Leadership Model was used to complete the ‘Rainbow Tasks’ - a sequence of ’impossible’ and very difficult turnaround and workaround projects that have come to Greg and to some fellow Adair Leadership practitioners.
