- The extent to which your supervisors or managers listen to your ideas and issues
- The extent to which you are involved by your supervisor / manager in decisions made affecting your work
- The extent to which the vision of the organization includes the work of your work unit
- The sense of contribution that you have to the processes that derived the goals and the objectives set for your work and for your work unit
- The degree to which objectives are kept in focus when planning work activities
- The effort given to the consideration of alternatives and contingencies when devising a course of action at work
- The decisions that are made when work is planned
- The extent to which available information is sought and collected when deriving a plan for a work project
- The extent to which the consequences for the team in your work unit are considered when decisions are made about plans for the work
- The guidance that is given to the team in any discussion with supervisors / managers about the planning of the work
