  1. The vision that has been identified for the future of the total organisation
  2. The clarity of the mission statement that has been adopted by the Executive
  3. The definition of the goals set for the work unit to which you are a member
  4. The objectives given to you for the work that you do for your work unit
  5. The involvement of the team in defining the operational plan for your work unit
  6. The flexibility allowed the team at your work unit in setting objectives
  7. The agreements that have been reached amongst the team within your work unit about the way that the work unit will operate
  8.  The values and the culture of the organization
  9. The extent to which your supervisors or managers listen to your ideas and issues
  10. The extent to which you are involved by your supervisor / manager in decisions made affecting your work
  11. The extent to which the vision of the organization includes the work of your work unit
  12. The sense of contribution that you have to the processes that derived the goals and the objectives set for your work and for your work unit
  13. The degree to which objectives are kept in focus when planning work activities
  14. The effort given to the consideration of alternatives and contingencies when devising a course of action at work
  15. The decisions that are made when work is planned
  16. The extent to which available information is sought and collected when deriving a plan for a work project
  17. The extent to which the consequences for the team in your work unit are considered when decisions are made about plans for the work
  18. The guidance that is given to the team in any discussion with supervisors / managers about the planning of the work
